I worked with ebay at Greenlight as part of a global project team to reinvent ebay’s online customer support service, and reduce the number of escalations to their call center. My role was to provide UX design concepts and initial wireframe solutions, working with the findings of an extensive user research phase. Additionally, I worked collaboratively with the copy team to create a guide to writing for good UX (from a design perspective) to ensure that the final content worked successfully with the design of the new templates.

The project took place across three locations – Dublin, London and San Francisco – which required constant collaboration and communication amongst a wide number of team members in various time zones.
